Research page defaults to the maps CDN for the dx-maps tree

NUXT_PUBLIC_DX_MAPS_BASE now defaults to https://maps-dev.nuxtbase.app/cdn/dx-maps (the Plugin Studio
container's /cdn). Set it empty to use this site's own public/dx-maps copy; set it to another tree URL to
use that.
