Deep Research: no empty scrollbar strip at a desktop's right edge

The site keeps room for a scrollbar on every page (scrollbar-gutter: stable in base/_globals.scss).
This page never scrolls, so on a desktop with classic scrollbars that room showed as an empty
15px strip at the right edge (measured at 1440: the bar and the gallery were 1425 wide). The page
sets scrollbar-gutter: auto on <html> while it is shown, keyed to its own element like its other
page-level rules; every other page keeps the site's rule.
