cdn: drop doxa-maps build output into public/doxa-maps-cdn (drop-in embeddable maps)

Self-contained JAMstack bundler output (doxa-maps/ bundles + per-map index.html + manifest +
assets/). Every map embeddable via <script> or <iframe> from /doxa-maps-cdn/. key-cities excluded.
