Subject: [PATCH] i18n: the Country Posters India note in all 11 locales; the
 unused India heading key removed

countryPosters.indiaNote: India has its own section, first, because it has far more unreached people groups than any
other country (the count is filled from the data). ru and ar are phrased so the number needs no case agreement.
countryPosters.indiaStatesHeading is gone: the section is now headed by the country's own name.
