My header explained at length why the bundle exists and never said, in one line, what it IS — so the plugin-studio, the gallery and the SPA's rail had nothing to show a reader. The tag matters more than the prose: generate-tree matches /^\s*\*\s*@([\w-]+)\s+(.+?)\s*$/gm, so a paragraph with no asterisked tag is invisible to it.
