Subject: [PATCH] Country posters: the map's loading and error lines speak the
 reader's language

countries-map typed in 'Research map loading…' and 'The map could not be
loaded.' (universal-props re-measure, main dee9f9c9). Both now reuse existing
keys through the component's own t(): messages.loadingNamed and
messages.couldNotLoadNamed, with the name tabs.map. That is 11/11 locales with
no new keys, so no library change. Headless: build OK, no-free-identifiers and
profiles-mount pass.
