Subject: [PATCH] Rename the facet rail title: Tree Legend -> Vertical Legend

Driver naming ruling: no 'tree'/'semantic' in the user-facing name;
the drill-down vocabulary is NESTING/FOLDERS. Verified live: the
rail's fr-title renders 'Vertical Legend'.
