README: a new screenshot of Rudder, the offline voice-to-text desktop app, running

Browse source 
deploy5-desktop-rudder.png is replaced with a screenshot of Rudder running (Ready, with a
transcript). It carries no names, emails, paths, hostnames or tokens, and its metadata is
stripped: the PNG holds only IHDR, IDAT and IEND. The alt text says what it shows.
