Three more lines keep the reason and drop the speaker, in library and internal
RegionCountryMap's note on the projection override said who ruled it out, in capitals the reference baseline's pattern never matched; it now says what was decided and why the globe stays. The mobile-gating header and a people-groups-grid census entry carried internal card ids that named their source; the ids are shortened to what they describe. RegionCountryMap.vue and check-mobile-gating.mjs change in comments only: script, template and styles are identical before and after, compared without comments and without renaming. The census card field is informational; nothing matches on it.
