Restore the full gate chains after the merge took an older package.json
The union resolution kept every script DEFINITION but took the older branch's gates:pre and gates:post chains, which are single long strings rather than one line per gate -- so a line-wise union picked one side wholesale. That silently dropped 95 gates from the pre chain and 30 from post: every definition present, almost nothing actually run. Both chains are restored from development, with any gate this merge adds appended rather than replacing them. Caught by counting the gates in the chain against development, not by the run, which passed 7 of 7 and looked green.
