UPG100: the header no longer declares the Share menu's area

The shared Share menu now finds its place at open time and opens
beside its button by itself, so the header's declared area is no
longer needed (measured on the shared fix's build: 340px, beside the
button, at 1440 and 390, en and ar).

This reverts commit 6f3a45f44.
