Subject: [PATCH] Translation readiness ranks only the languages without a New
 Testament

A language with one scored 5 (its Bible counted as Scripture) and sorted
to the top of the 'Open data' column, the opposite of the translation
question (rega, pre-landing T1). The column is now blank for languages
with a New Testament found, so it sorts them last; the drawer still shows
every signal.
