Country posters and Prayer Progress: every profile has a name in the manifest

countries-map, country-poster-wall and doxa-simple-map carried label:null, so the Studio
rail and the gallery showed their ids. Each now has a label in its meta; types are
unchanged (doxa-simple-map stays parameterized).
