rudder-voice README: the desktop build is no longer "not yet" on Linux

Browse source 
"Not yet" still listed the desktop build with the engine as a Tauri sidecar.
On Linux it builds and runs; what is still not done is macOS and Windows
(the engine cross-compiles for both and has never run there).
