README: the web folder's size after the 34 India state previews (1367 files, 163 MiB)

Browse source
The 34 state posters add a 560 px card thumbnail and a 1500 px download each (68 files, about 5 MB), which takes
public/dx-maps past the README's stated size by more than check:readme-size's 10% margin. The row now states the
measured size, as the gate prescribes.
