UPG-100 batch selection: recolour, Copy and Export CSV are back. The colour swatches return; Copy puts the territory line apply-grouping parses first, then the selection's people groups as CSV; Export CSV downloads the same CSV. One detection feeds every action, prefetched when batch mode opens so a tap copies from cache. New gate check:batch-selection-export (gates:pre)
