readme-shots: wait 20 s for the UPG-100 list leaf, which paints at 9.5-16.5 s (its counter shows before the paint)

rega measured it at fc2fa2e4 (3 cold loads, tokenless, judged by rendered features on the leaf's own
layers): first paint +9.5 to +14.3 s, idle +12.1 to +16.5 s. The 7 s wait then network-quiet plus
1.5 s made the English shot a coin toss; the Arabic shot of the same leaf (12 s) only won it. Both go
to 20 s. A stopgap: the lasting fix is to wait on the map (style + tiles loaded, rendered features)
rather than a timer.
