A copy of the starter built but never appeared in the Studio, which lists a plugin only when it has a meta.json or an instances.json. The template itself stays off the Studio by its folder NAME (generate-tree SCAFFOLD_BUNDLES, discover.mjs), not by a flag a copy would inherit. The README's copy steps now name the meta.json beside each .vue.
