doxa-maps-88655c70 e0fc1b14d9 Regenerate the derived library index (3 files, not just mine)
check:library-index went red when wagf-region.js landed, and this time the
failure was REAL rather than the mtime artifact it was earlier today —
regenerating produced a genuine content diff, where the earlier run produced a
byte-identical file.

The diff carries three additions, only one of them mine: wagf-region.js, plus
printInPlace.js and retryableAsyncComponent.js, which arrived on main without
the index being regenerated. So the menu was already describing a library that
had moved on. Regenerated whole, since it is derived and partial is meaningless.

Worth keeping the distinction: "the gate is red" and "the gate is red because of
me" are different claims, and the way to tell them apart is to regenerate and
diff rather than to reason about mtimes.

  • why.md — the problem and the "map islands" idea. Start here.
  • tutorial.md — build your first map, no jargon.
  • how-to.md — recipes: embed, iframe, SPA, colors, CDN, mobile, tokens.
  • reference.md — config fields, build scripts, the profile-config contract.
  • explanation.md — the model in 15 lines.
  • architecture/ — the deep end: full contracts, the per-file catalog.
  • README-embed-example.md — the drop-in README used when this bundler is embedded inside a host repo.

Nothing on the simple path is longer than a few minutes; everything complex lives in architecture/, linked from where you'd need it.
