Every owner's sweep has landed. The two remaining lines were public-hygiene-check.mjs's pattern list, which must spell the role word in order to catch it on the way out, as this gate's own file must. It is exempt by name in a one-file list with its reason, not by any wider rule. The baseline is now empty: from here, every line that names the role is a new reference and fails.
