Doxa Maps 01b142eb27 PPLR maps: a failed view import no longer kills that tab until a reload 
The six lazy views were built with raw defineAsyncComponent, which caches a rejected
loader, so one network blip left that tab dead until a full reload. They now use the
library's retryableAsyncComponent, which retries the import.
