Without this flag the generic leaf-page harness gates on a Mapbox token the shell never uses and the element never mounts. The meta.json's type:'nested-mfe-spa' (Cat-5) still wins over the instances' parameterized signal (discover.detectProfileType: explicit meta type takes precedence), so this stays a Cat-5 app-shell, not a Cat-2 preset. tree-base is left to the runtime derivation (the leaf page's own URL → tree root), so no absolute host is baked in — the shell self-locates wherever the tree is served.",
