re-shoot all 12 readme images with real WebGL; fix three defects in the shooter
...
- add SwiftShader launch args (maps previously shot with no GL context)
- point cap5 and deploy2 at the doxa-maps-spa element, not the gallery page
- serve the deploy1 iframe host page from memory (it never existed; the shot was a 404)
- add a readiness guard before every screenshot plus a non-zero exit on failure
- per-shot minElements and iframe frame-counting for the two legitimate outliers
