"Can hear it, no text" is a list of 2,556 groups. A team is not sent to a group, it is sent to a country, and nothing aggregated that set — the existing country table counts the groups with NOTHING, which is a different population and does not contain one of these rows, because none of them is tier 0. 154 countries, with two columns that disagree on purpose. Nigeria and the DRC lead on LANGUAGES, 221 and 103, which is the translation workload. China and Pakistan lead on PEOPLE, 218 and 195 million, across far fewer languages. Which number matters depends on whether you are funding translators or broadcasters, so both are shown and neither is ranked for the reader. The aggregate reconciles with its source exactly — 2,556 groups and 1,329,044,699 people both ways — and the basis travels as a column, so a CSV that outlives this page still says "no text found in the pools checked" rather than "no text exists". Built without a browser: the box was low on memory this tick and a gate that needs chromium was the wrong thing to add to it. |

data/ — the bundler's source-of-truth data
The law: data lives here; public/ is generated. Every folder in data/ is copied into the
served web-root by the build (internal/generate-tree.mjs), exactly like the per-profile data in
plugin-designs/*/data/. You should be able to rm -rf public/ and get it all back with bun run build.
| Folder | Served at | What it is |
|---|---|---|

/assets/people-groups/ |
People-group datasets (CSV/JSON) the maps read at runtime |

/assets/posters/ |
Rendered poster webp set (heavy pipeline output; poster walls fetch these) |

The MERGED served table set (its index.json is the merge; per-profile plugin-designs/*/data/tables are build-time sources) |
external-bundles/ |
not served | Prebuilt map IIFEs vendored from sibling projects (not built here); only the optional layouts/ shell mounted them, so the build no longer copies them into public/ |
Don't edit anything under public/ by hand — change it here (or in plugin-designs/*/data/,
layouts/*/assets/) and rebuild.
